Rufus Leonard responded to this with a customer extranet that provides enhanced parcel tracking features and enables customers to order collections online. Customers can also use it to receive online invoices, check their service reports, order supplies and print labels online, as well as arrange redeliveries. The customer journey through the site is simple and clearly signposted, and utmost attention to detail has ensured that functional aspects of the site are efficient and easy to use.  Rufus Leonard are continuing to work with Parcelforce Worldwide to enhance existing functionality and develop new ways for customers to interact with the company online.
