The Foreign & Commonwealth Office has appointed brand development and web consultancy Rufus Leonard to create the online band and site for the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP). The site will be the main way of communicating with REEEP's audience, which includes private companies and venture capitalists.
