Rufus Leonard takes no responsibility for the content of the individual comments, however we reserve the right to periodically  review the content of all comments and remove any that are deemed inappropriate. Examples of prohibited conduct include:

- making harassing, abusive or threatening comments
- making obscene or pornographic comments
- making defamatory or libellous comments
- sending viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files
- sending messages  in furtherance  or unlawful, criminal or fraudulent activity
- attempting to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the sender

Violations of the Rufus Leonard policy will not be tolerated and may result in the existing comment being removed and the sender being blocked from making additional comments on this service.

Rufus Leonard reserves the right to disclose to third parties relevant information about communications including but not limited to, the sender name, account, information, member and cookie numbers, past and subsequent service use, and any other information deemed unnecessary by Rufus Leonard to address past violations of the acceptable use policy or to future violations. These disclosures may be made with or without prior consent to you. By using this service, you irrevocably consent to such disclosures.

Intellectual property
The IP concept and execution of the Rufus Leonard website is owned by Rufus Leonard and should not be replicated or copied.
