The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is the Treasury-backed agency responsible for promoting best practice, efficiency and better procurement in the public sector. Rufus Leonard were responsible for the redesign and development of the OGC website, which has won numerous awards. They now work in partnership with OGC to provide strategic support and ongoing maintenance.
