Rufus Leonard designed BT.com in 1996. Since then, our work for BT has focused on its internal and external brand, strategy, technology, identity and marketing projects for both digital and traditional media. Rufus Leonard spearheaded the big BT rebrand in 2003 and we were involved in the development of the BT Group corporate website, which we’re currently refreshing. To support the rebrand, we redeveloped the existing brand site and produced a huge set of brand identity application guidelines.

We redesigned BT’s intranet and have developed positioning strategies and brand and visual identities for BT’s R&D arm - BT Exact, and for BT Syntegra, BT Retail and BT Azure. We also redesigned the lighting for one of London’s landmarks, the BT Tower.
