The UK Microsoft Challenge 2007

It was 2005 when the first ever Rufus Leonard team was shipped off to Wales to compete. The following year Scotland was the venue, and new members were added to the team for a gruelling assault on body and mind. This year it's all about the squad, strength in depth - the more the merrier. We have new blood taking on the Challenge plus some of last year's team ready to provide their wealth of experience and boost us further up that finishing table.

And why do we do this? Well the Challenge itself may take place in June but for six months before, the teams spend their spare time raising as much cash as possible through sponsorship and fundraising. All proceeds are then passed to the NSPCC who use the money to support children in need. So everyone’s a winner; Rufus Leonard train to bionic human standards, gain an even greater understanding of each others strengthens and weaknesses and it’s all for a good cause.
