FCO appoints Rufus Leonard

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) has appointed digital agency Rufus Leonard to overhaul the corporate identity for its Executive Agency, FCO Services.
The agency will be tasked with establishing, developing and promoting FCO Services’ corporate identity to current customers. It will also develop and overhaul its online marketing strategy for the wider market.
The appointment is in line with FCO Services’ - a subsidiary of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office - plans to transform its corporate identity by trading on its own and operating from its own budget, becoming more self efficient.
