Defining a project

Our service offers are not mutually exclusive. For example, we’re often asked to build a project that combines brand development with a digital deliverable. Sometimes a brief lands on our desks that will describe the requirement perfectly. At other times, a project brief will evolve through discussion and exploration. We always ask questions rather than make assumptions, we also gather material and visit sites. This is the start of getting to know a client’s business.

Once client objectives and requirements are defined in a brief or through our strategic engagement, we will scope and plan the project. We then prepare a detailed proposal and business offer.
