The Plan
We have developed a series of methodologies for various types of project - brand development, digital development, strategic marketing, digital marketing and design for print. We use these - but not slavishly - as the basis of our project plan. Typically, projects are divided into phases of information gathering, analysis and strategic recommendations, concepts, detailing and implementation. We can also provide measurement and support.

A project manager will work closely with the dedicated project team to build a detailed project plan (we use Microsoft Project). The plan shows a detailed task list, resource assignments, workloads, start and finish dates, and costs. By linking tasks together, we clarify the dependencies and identify the critical path. We always allow for timing contingencies, which allows us to set milestones confidently.
When a project has an immovable delivery date, we will use the project plan analytically to ensure that our approach allows us to meet this date.
