Our People
We have different disciplines and passions. Our capabilities vary - as do our individual idiosyncrasies, but our work is the great leveller.

Chief Executive
Neil is the founding director of Rufus Leonard and, as CEO, he takes responsibility for the company’s overall direction, strategy and vision. He plays a leading role in business development and ensures that all work reaches the highest standards. His clients include BT, Shell, QinetiQ, Lloyds TSB and O2.
He has endless obsessions – including robots and inflatable architecture.

Managing director
Will graduated in Economics and became a chartered accountant. He then moved to marketing services on the finance side, working at Michael Peters and Rapier. He joined Rufus Leonard in 1998 as finance director and became managing director two years later.
He plays the piano and guitar and rows on the river.

Director of information architecture
His career began with Olaf Leu Design in Germany. He moved to Wolff Olins before co-founding Rufus Leonard. Past and present clients include Shell, RMC, Swiss Life, Prudential, Cable & Wireless, Credit Suisse Asset management and Lloyds Register.
He's an obsessive collector, flea market lover and architecture aficionado. He supports Sheffield United.
Regional Head - Middle East
Richard is Head of our Middle East operation, based in Dubai’s Media City. With over 12 years experience in financial services marketing, Richard has worked with leading brands that include Lloyds TSB, AXA, Dubai Holdings, Emirates Post, and Sony Middle East.
Richard enjoys sailing and loves the sun - so Dubai is the perfect location for him.

Client Partner
Chris started at Pentagram, worked freelance for Wolff Olins and then set up two companies.The first focused on advertising for Benson & Hedges and Smirnoff and the second on digital design. In 2003, he joined Rufus Leonard to develop new business and manages a number of client relationships, notably with Wolters Kluwer, Harris + Russell and Mymarket.
He's a furniture maker and has nearly finished building a house in Wiltshire.

Client Partner/ Lead Consultant
Iain's expertise crosses several of our specialisms in depth. His background is in marketing, he has expertise in digital consultancy and development and is also an information architect. He now leads client teams and provides strategic advice for leading accounts.
He's a natural ball player and loves wine.

Head of Project Management
Ali has over 10 years of experience in project management. After an early career in television production Ali joined Rufus Leonard in 1999. Since then she has been responsible for delivering web development and design projects for clients including the Environment Agency, AXA, Rolls Royce, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Accenture. She currently heads up the project management resource at Rufus Leonard and is an accredited PRINCE2 practitioner.
Ali regularly plays ladies 5 a side football and when she's not running after her daughter enjoys taking part in half marathons.

Head of Development
Peter joined Rufus following a spell examining emerging mobile markets in the former USSR. He helped develop our IT solutions department, while managing systems developments projects for Mercedes Benz and Smart. His team offers a very wide range of technology solutions and vast, varied expertise.
He loves Formula One racing and fast old cars. Peter holds a paragliding licence and competes in triathlons.

Head of Sales and Marketing
Julie oversaw the launch of the award winning Airmiles website and the Sky Digital Interactive TV proposition for Bertelsmann. She was also Marketing Manager at BBC Technology. Her marketing plans cover traditional and digital media and focus on integrated strategies across B2B and B2C markets.
Julie heads up the sales and marketing team at Rufus Leonard and provides strategy and marketing consultancy to a range of clients.

Head of Human Resources and Facilities
Lucy originally joined Rufus Leonard ten years ago as a project manager but, shortly after, moved over to our Internal Support Resource. Since then, Lucy has set up our processes for managing staff and ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of our office. She's also responsible for the development, training and welfare of the people who work here. Lucy is passionate about maintaining and developing the Rufus Leonard culture through our internal communications.
Lucy is another avid Formula 1 enthusiast and although has previously enjoyed paragliding in the wild, has now taken up knitting as it's much safer.
