Covid-19: The time is now

There are two encouraging messages coming through loud and clear in global reports and research about how businesses can and should respond in light of the impact of coronavirus:
1. Live and breathe your brand purpose. As many businesses flex to offer new or digitalised services that make sense in our new normal, leaning into why you exist and what you help your customers achieve is integral to your success. If it’s not fit for purpose, that’s okay – change it, but change it quick and incorporate it seamlessly in your company comms.
2. Digital estates are mission critical. The Covid-19 pandemic has showcased the value of IT and digital transformation and organisations should use this time to accelerate the transition. In this challenging time, it is also important to have a virtual team you can rely on.
